3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. Subscription and Payments

5. Pandit and Astrologer Services

5.1 Independent Contractors: Pandits and astrologers are independent service providers, not employees of Sanatans.in.

5.2 Verification: While we verify credentials, we cannot guarantee the quality of every consultation or ceremony.

5.3 Disputes: Service disputes should be reported within 48 hours for resolution assistance.

6. Disclaimer on Astrological Services

Important Notice:

Astrological predictions and readings are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or life decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions. Users should exercise their own judgment and consult appropriate professionals for important life decisions.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
  • Scrape or copy content without permission

  • Use automated systems to access the service
